Pain & Gain Armwrestling hosted its annual Grudge Match Day at Stroomop in Parkrand, bringing together fierce competitors who had been personally challenged to prove who truly was the strongest.
Each matchup was contested in a best-of-five format using both the left and right hand, with some competitors even putting money on the line. Every match was filled with intensity, sportsmanship, and incredible determination, making it a thrilling event for both the athletes and the spectators.
Before the armwrestling action began, three members of Jump-Aholics SA entertained the crowd with an energetic jumping performance, setting the perfect tone for an exciting day.
